Course Content:

This course focusses on investigation skills and provides an over arching understanding of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) and its use in Housing as well as an overview of PACE interviews

Inspectors Powers and Entry are explored, including warrants, along with guidance on building a Prosecution Case in included, highlighting points to prove, burden of proof and disclosure information.

Please note this is not a full PACE Practitioner course.
