We are all more aware of the serious health impacts that Damp and Mould Growth and Excess Cold can have on lives.

Increasing scrutiny from government and third-party groups mean that organisations need to change the way they address these issues with the introduction of Awaab's Law and HHSRS Amendment 2026.

This course explores the causes of damp and mould, remedial measures, the physical and psychological health effects on residents and practical solutions available to housing providers.
